It's been a while...

OK. I've been negligent. I haven't written a real post in 10 months. I am hanging my head in shame. I was planning to post something new every couple weeks. I think that might have been a new year's resolution for 2018. Big fail.
So I'm still creating surface patterns and uploading them to Spoonflower.com for all your fabric, wallpaper and wrapping paper needs. The same designs can be found on lovely things for your home (linens, curtains, pillows, etc.) from Roostery.com. Just look for the MadTropic shop. I've started working on some wood and stained glass projects that I'd like to do more of if I can manage to design a pattern to follow, rather than just making stuff up as I go. I spent some time over the last couple months working on my original Tropic of Madison project - adding Tshirts and stickers to the MadisonTropic Etsy shop - and realized how long I've been neglecting my websites' upkeep. Website work is not something I enjoy (usually) but it's gotta get done, so I guess that's next. 
Anyway, Spring has arrived, my birthday is just days away, Summer is just around the corner and... anything can happen. Keep watching this space for new stuff. I'll be right back.
